Cannot launch NWNDD Headstart

So, I ended up uninstalling everything because this issue

"The Beamdog Client encountered an error trying to run Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (Digital Deluxe - Head Start). Please contact Beamdog support and mention exit code: 1"

has been popping out. I contacted support and I was told to use either redline or post here.

1 just means exit with error, so this information is not enough. The way here would be to report on Redmine (not "redline"), i.e. support.baldursgate.com attaching files described here: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/921252/#Comment_921252

I have no files like mentioned in the link, nor it generated new ones when I tried. However it triggered a new one while verifying the installation:

The Beamdog Client has encountered an error loading product information for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (Digital Deluxe - Head Start). Please contact Beamdog support and mention error code: EACCES

Just to make sure: Did you follow all the steps mentioned here?

Yes of course. Besides, on Monday it worked just fine. Trouble started on Tuesday.

Did you install any software/Antivirus updates between Monday and Tuesday?

Nope. Antivirus software installed first thing, to prevent infections, everything else came later.

Can you all download (from https://beamdog.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206729933-Windows-My-Game-Won-t-Launch-Or-Is-Crashing-On-Launch) and install OpenAL, please?
It worked in a similar situation:

Hi Bugelp

I did what Julius said, I reinstalled openal, updated my graphics driver and reinstalled direct x 9, and it now works fine.
Unfortunately I didn't do it in order to see which one of those remedies worked. Hope yours works too after!
