Strange Happenings At The Severed Hand

I am currently playing an assassin 13 > cleric 8 in Icewind Dale ee. I have reached the severed hand and finished clearing out the shadow goblin, orc, worg and ogre side of the tower and just moving down the undead side with the shattered soul, bladed and serrated skeletons. When I noticed my characters hit points had increased. They went from about 83 to 138 and her Thaco also increased by about 2 points (not so good). My current stats are S18, D18, C16, W18, C8 and my main weapon is the peacekeeper +3 club. Has anyone else experienced this, is it something to do with dual classing or is it a bug and advice would be appreciated.

    im wondering if its due to the shadows that use that weird projectile attack on your character and perhaps there is some bug that is making the effect backwards and permenant?

    What version of the game you are using? 1.4 or 2.5 open beta?

    If it's still happening in the 2.5 open beta, report it! The QA will need a save file (or files). Please, report it on support.baldursgate.com.

    I am using version 1.3 on android and I think it was when I was fighting the shadows that use the weird projectile attack that it started happening.

    This should be resolved in the 1.4 patch (internal report #10588) so opting into the beta should prevent it happening (any hit points already gained won't retrospectively be removed)

    Is it a turn undead thing, maybe instead of doing dmg it adds to your life

    It might just be that I am sure I was turning undead when fighting the shadows that use the weird projectile attack.
