Infinite Dungeons broke save games of Vanilla Campaign?

Have been co-oping campaign and just about to finish chapter 3, have used 3 different save slots to preserve that playthrough.
Hopped into Infinite dungeons with my character, server saved, and only used quicksave/autosave and when I next tried to load all of my co-op saved that I didn't touch they are unusable now. They seem to load but my character is no longer in the screen.
If I start the chapter over completely it seems to work but we were literally 5 mins from the end. Anyway to resolve this?
