Game won't start on my Mom's Computer

I installed the games, but every time I try to load them it gives me the following error message:

There was an error, a crash reported was saved to:

C:Users\User\Documents/Infinity Engine - Enhanced Edition\crash\dump.2.3.67.3.006.dmp

The Beamdog client encounter an error trying to run Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition (Retail) please contact Beamdog Support and mention exit code 3221225477

The message is repeated with different game titles when I try to load Siege of Dragonspear or Baldur's Gate II

Does anyone know how to fix this?

(for example, installing Directx 9, deleting the baldur.lua file helps in most cases).

@ZaramMaldovar, would you be able to run dxdiag (from run command) and upload the saved results? Also, can you post your baldur.lua (renamed to baldur.txt) as well.

Have you tried to run the game without using the Beamdog client? That is running the game directly from baldur.exe from within the game folder.
