Workshop in Linux

Hi!,
Workshop isn't working for me in Linux. I get to download the mods, but when I start the game and go to the Mod Selection screen I can't see any of the downloaded mods, although the files are there. I can see the Premium Modules and the modules that came bundled with the base game, but not the ones from the workshop.

Is anyone having the same problem?
