Custom Voiceset Not Working properly

Hello, I am trying to create a custom voiceset using sounds from GOG Icewind Dale 2 sound to try to use it in IWEE.
I know there are soundset mods but as far I am concerned all are in english and I would like to make in spanish. So I am trying on my own.
1) First I rename one soundset files from IW2 following the convention and move the files to /lang/es_ES/sounds/
It works in the chracter creation but when I start a new game the character has some missing sounds (specific I found missing the selected sounds) while others are playing like actions or dying.
2) THe I try this tutorial https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/8868/heres-how-to-add-custom-sound-sets/p4 and use the DLCTP and create a CHARSND.2da file in the override folder.
But I've started a new game and the same problem again.
I've been searching the forum and I can't find what I can do. Could someone give me a hint so I can create my soundset?

If I am unconcerned with sub-titles (or just creating a new set), then I place the sound files in a folder called 'sounds' which hangs off the root folder of the game ie:
\Games\IWDEE\sounds
I name the sound files in accordance with the naming convention:
XXXXXX?.wav
XXXXXX = the soundset name
? - is one of the letters against the definition
Once all is good, I would then look at the subtitle component to create the mod.
For SoD (if you are looking at continuing the sound set into there as well), there are extended sound definitions and a different tutorial for it. I can find it if you need it.
Hope that makes sense.

Yes I read that thread and try to do the same. I think my convention name for the soundset is correct. I will upload my soundset if someone wants to take a look.
Soundset created from Icewind Dale 2 soundset: https://mega.nz/#F!IZUihCSL!39kLryzZ7HtLxZ1kHvtVTg
Also attatched is 2da i try to create.(I try in the override folder but also in the language folder none of them works).
To be honest I am not interested in the subtitles only to let the new soundset to sound in the game. I am not sure if I am missing something because just dropping the sounds to the folder should be enougth but in my case some sounds plays but other no. I don't understand the reason.
Thank you.
There are still some mistakes with the rare selection but the rest of sounds seems to be working fine.
