Ranged Weapon APR for EE infinity Engine Games Clarification

1. If they have a character class from the warrior group ( single or multi), at level 7 they will have 5/2 APR or at level 13 they will have 3 APR with a Bow?
2. If the character has guantlets of extraordinary specialization , the character will get an additional 1/2 APR with bows?
3. The character WILL NOT get bonus APR from Weapon Specialization or Grandmastery with a bow?

I believe they do get the specialization/grandmastery bonus.

All APR bonuses that apply to melee weapons also apply to ranged weapons (unless specifically stated otherwise; no items in the basic game do that, but could be made using mods). This includes APR from fighter levels (7/13) as well as from specialization/grand mastery and items such as the Gauntlets.

In addition, however, ranged weapons all have their own "rate of fire", i.e. the base APR that the respective weapon comes with. Melee weapons are base 1 APR, but ranged weapons are different:

    Bows (long+short): 2 APR
    Crossbows: 1 APR
    Darts: 3 APR
    Sling: 1 APR
    Throwing Axe/Hammer: 1 APR
    Throwing Dagger: 2 APR

@Lord_Tansheron TY. The Baldur's Gate Wiki made me think that in EE only melee weapons got extra apr with specialization or grandmastery

Special exceptions to rate of fire include:

The Army Scythe: crossbow, 2 APR
Tuigan Bow: short bow, 3 APR
Messenger of Sseth (Icewind Dale): long bow, 3 APR

Plus some special, generically named random drops from IWD. In IWD2, all normal missile weapons grant no APR bonus, and crossbows are actually a flat 1 APR regardless of haste and such, though the Rapid Shot feat can add +1 APR to any missile weapon besides a crossbow, even throwing axes.

Also, the Pulse Ammunition, the Frag Grenades, and the Scorcher Ammunition grant 5 APR regardless of the crossbow used (and the Scorcher Ammunition strikes twice for an effective 10 base APR that can jump to 20 with Improved Haste).

I'm not sure they warrant being called "exceptions" per se - they simply come with a +1 APR ability that's clearly stated on the item description (unlike base rate of fire, which is not). Similar to several melee weapons (Belm, Kundane, SNT, etc.), where calling them "exceptions" to the usual base 1 APR of melee weapons would sound even stranger.
