Protection from Normal Missiles in SCS and +1 Projectiles

Good day. I installed Sword Coast Stratagems mod with "Replace +1 arrows and other projectiles with nonmagical "fine" ones" clause which replaces the weakest magical projectiles with non-magical ones of high quality. My question is: will projectiles with elemental damage (like Arrow of Ice) or Arrow of Dispelling hit target protected with the spell Protection from Normal Missiles since they should behave as +1 projectiles?
If they dont then the Protection from Normal Missiles spell seems a bit overpowered for level 3. Not sure about applicability of that tweak. Perhaps someone can enlighten me, thank you :)

    It should only apply to +1 arrows, +1 bolts, +1 darts, and +1 bullets. Other projectiles, like Arrows of Dispelling or Bolts of Biting or Darts of Stunning, will go right through it.
