What a lousy company. Lost in the translation of the rules. Glitching shortbow damage to 1d8 instead of core DnD rules1d6. Like the Dorn glitch, years into discovery still no fix. I have the impression this company has only one employee. No wonder Wizzards of the Coast gave BG3 to Larian. Although I am surprised Larian accepted
With the words taken back, I do have still to express my disappointment that the new PC patch is delayed. But there are plenty of threds on the subject so I am going to leave it at that
@Grond0 is right. It is unrealistically high objective that I am setting up to do a no-reload run of BGEE. It is probably doable but in my case it is unrealistic expectation. My knowledge of the game is up to the Wyvern Cave and my best achievement of no-reload. But once I step out of the known path up to that point and further the storyline, I have no knowledge of the various hard battles the devs are throwing at the player, often surprising and catching the player unprepared. I suspect there will be many hard battles, mage battles, nasty high level spells, and a lot of stuff that can wipe the party. Without a priori knowledge of what is to come, it is highly unrealistic to expect to win them blindly.
So I will relax this objective and just further the game to its end. I haven't even been in the city of Baldur's Gate, Durlag's Tower and so on areas recognized as high challenge.
I will still try to play optimally but the objective will be to learn, if get killed then re-load and analyze what caused the mistake, remember the mistake for another time and move on.

You, sir, take it back, please.
