Your CD key is already in use on that server error message

I have been unable to log in to play multiplayer, I purchased NWN:EE on 2 separate Steam accounts, and then just now I purchase on Gog, (thinking maybe you can't play 2 of the same game on Steam) but am getting this same error.

Someone last year asked about the same issue and apparently got it resolved, but it was done by PM so I have no idea how to get this to work. Any ideas?
