No magic Bucklers in IWD

So basically I dont know if anyone noticed but in IWD there are 0 magic bucklers.

I think it would be a nice addition if beamdog would add a few atleast, as this seems like it was an unnoticed matter.

My Blackguard has just found Stoutward+1 (AC+2) in the Kuldahar's Pass that looks like a buckler, but actually a small round shield. ?️

The problem is Thieves can only use bucklers, but its not worth it since there are no magic ones to be found. So its better to go single weapon or just dual wield.

Basically this means Bards, Druids, Thieves and Shamans cannot acquire magical shields at all! Which is just ridiculous for a D&D game.

There is a mod in the Tweaks anothology that allows thieves and bards to use small shields: https://www.gibberlings3.net/subpages/tweaks/rules/

It doesn't solve the problem of no magical bucklers but it would give you a few more options.

Thats nice, but I wish Beamdog would implement something official. Cant be that hard to add a few new bucklers.

I don't think Beamdog have the license to add anymore new content. As far as I understand it they are only able to do bug fixes at this stage. However, the Rogue Rebalancing mod does add bucklers for IWD https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/39532/rogue-rebalancing-v4-80-now-available-for-iwd-ee

This could almost be considered a bug.

Druids can wear the rhino beetle shield. Armor class -4 when Improved by Orrick. I think Shaman also can. I don't know for thieves and bards
