Yeah, I forgot that Bards have normal access to arcane spells, which thiefs haven't.
Anyway, after a few hours of gameplay, I can confirm that using a Fighter class together with your Warlock kit makes especially Ayden kind of broken. There should be at least limitations regarding the usage of armors, I agree on that one.
Another thing I recognized, there are some cursed Items wich aren't realized by Ayden, probably added by mods. For instance Lavas Shades of the Swordcoast adds four as far as i can see; l#curss1 to 4. Are there still plans on adding mod related items to the list? And how about also make cursed scrolls usable? Maybe just let Ayden turn them to their normal counterparts?
Unfortunately, I have no plans of adding any mod-related cursed items to Ayden's ability. In fact, I have no plans of making any kind of mod interactions or provisions with other mods unless an author specifically reaches out to us, and even then, it's not very likely given the amount of content we still have to implement to complete the mod for the base games. At this point, I'm only concerned about major conflicts, such as the entrance to the elven outpost (which has been fixed for the coming release).
As for the scrolls, Ayden can already consume those, but you need more than one. Look at docs/curse-eater.html in the mod's directory for a list of everything he can eat.

If there's demand for it, I don't mind opening a ticket, just like for any other feature request, but as of now, I don't have any plans for it. If I did say something, it's probably for any cursed items in the base game that I may have missed.

I have Ayden portraits going back all the way to 2007. I don't think I'll be sharing most of them, though. I also think this will be the last portrait change I make (aside from maybe minor details if something bothers me).
I'm about halfway through testing SoD integration and fixing any bugs I find. The new questline is about 30% done. After writing a script that merges two V1 BAMs together with pure hex magic, so that I could add a new map icon in SoD, I decided to take a little break, but I'll get back to it soon.
Sorry for pushing, but since I‘ve finished my current modded IWD run and planning for a new EET setup, I was wondering if you could give any deadline for the next release?
I am currently working on v2.7 which should be out sometime next month (if all goes well). All outstanding issues have been fixed, but if anyone's noticed something that hasn't been reported yet, now would be a great time to let me know, so I can squeeze it in for this release.
