I'm new and need assistance from the community

Hi. My name is Joe. I recently ordered the collectors edition of Baldur's Gate Siege of Dragonspear from Beamdog.

The payment went through to Xsolla. However, I have no indication that the collectors edition is even shipped. All that it says on my end is that the, "in-game purchase" was successful. So I'm out 130 and I've patiently waited roughly two weeks.

I realize I'm from the states and that's why its taking so long. However, it's odd that after two invoices from each site, there is no tracking number or indication of any shipment.

I've contacted Xsolla first and I also opened a support ticket on beamdog's support page. I've gotten no response.

I'm new here so I have no idea... should I continue to play the waiting game or ask for a refund?
