Stuck early in The Grey Clan : Episode 1 (v.1.9) mod

Mod starts correctly : party met a Flaming Fist officer near Ramazith Tower and he told them to go meet one of his ally in BG West District. Doing a fight with Folsam, officer ally. After fight Folsam told adventurers about a bandits hold in BG NW District. A wounded guy died at NE house entrance. Fight inside 1st level, then another fight upstairs.
Problem is here : after fight, Folsam ask the party to heal a wounded ally, but there's no ally here, no one to heal and Folsam dialogue is stucked. I've tried to Console that injured woman but she instantly disappear.

I've red Friendly Arm Inn is supposed to be attacked next part of the questline but nothing happens there in my game.
Any help or hint to pursue this mod would be appreciated.
