NWN Cd-Key problem

A few weeks ago, I left my laptop to my brother since his PC broke. He downloaded the NWN and played from his computer with no problems until his new PC arrived.
Last week, I went on a trip and used that laptop to play (different from the PC I usually play with) and, apparently, I was able to play with his CD-KEY given the problems that the servers have been experiencing (since the normal thing is that I would have been expelled by the security systems). Now, after returning from the trip, I can't play from my normal PC.The security system rejects me. We think that the CD-Key of both accounts could have been crossed.
I have tried to delete the cdkey.ini and regenerate them. It did not work
Any solution?
