how should I modify TNO to Multi-Class Fighter/Mage/Thief?

I used NearInfinity to change TNO to Multi-Class Fighter/Mage/Thief, but the special abilities menu doesn't show Thief abilities. is this related? If I want to use FMT Multi-Class just like in BG, how should I modify it?
