(Double Specialist) Heretic Mages and Sorcerers

The idea is to roleplay a vanilla Mage by restricting spells to 1 magic school and its opposite. So, such "double specialist" mage would become kinda heretic for both schools.
For example, in my latest BG1 run, I started to roleplay a heretic Illusionist/Necromancer:

Actually, it could make even more sense for Sorcerers (with maximum 5 known spells per level)

Any additional roleplaying ideas? 🤔
