UDP Connection Errors - Xbox Series X

I am playing NWN:EE on an Xbox Series X, and I'm getting the following error whenever I attempt to connect to multiplayer servers such as Arelith or Ravenloft:
Attempting to find server.
Direct connect and UDP hole punch failed.
Requesting relay token.
No response from any available relay.
Connection to the server has failed.
I've read some forum posts and most of the fixes only work for users on PC who are able to edit their .ini files. I am on Xbox so that isn't an option. The game was working relatively fine for a couple days (many crashes and connection issues) but they were always resolved with a system restart before. I've tried resetting the network, the system, and the game, to no avail. I am using an AT&T wireless network for the network services. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.
