Beamdog Client will not load on Linux, support will not accept my email, unable to contact

As the subject says, I am switching to Linux, I downloaded the appimage, it starts to load but closes with no errors.

Obviously if I had a Steam key I could just use that, but to get that I need to contact support. That has proven impossible as the site returns a message: "We couldn't give you access. Use another email and try again."

Is there a support email address I could use perhaps?

    Last I knew, Beamdog had ceased to directly support NWN and the Beamdog client was "depreciated" so that part isn't surprising. I don't know about getting a Steam key, but my next move would be to try to contact Steam and see if they know how to get a key, given that you already have a Beamdog key.

    Please open a ticket there.

    That said, you can already find Steam keys for NWN products in your Beamdog Store account, under the Serial Keys tab.

    Aspyrr doesn't support nwn. Tried that route already.
