Collector's edition shipment

Hi all,
I ordered the Collector's edition mid October, and still got no news about the shipment. I received the confirmation email once the order was placed. Also, I'm in EU, so it's somehow expected to take longer... but that long? I'm starting to worry.
Anyone had a similar experience? Would you say it's normal?

I had a look qt https://help.skybound.com/support/solutions/folders/30000056421 and it seems like they are only mentioning the console collector's versions of BG I and II. I ordered the Siege of Dragonspear collector's edition on Windows. Is Skybound also the right place to ask?
