Where to find the patch notes for EE now?

I notice that the documentation which ships with the game has patch notes for every EE release up to and including 1.79, but nothing more recent.

Is there an up-to-date, searchable, complete history of patch notes anywhere?

Or some other way of keeping track of the cumulative effect of important announcements?

    Yes, the txt files in the distro are unfortunately not quite current due to how the dev/build/qa/release cycle looks right now. Will be looking into that.

    For the record, the patch notes for stable patches always include all changes in previous dev patches. You can recognise stable patches by the keyword stable, and because they usually (but not always, in case of hotfixes) increment the major version (1.79, 1.80, 1.81).

    @niv @JuliusBorisov Thanks for that - confirms my understanding that notes for stable patches between 1.79 and 8193.15 are harder to find. Look forward to a resolution.
