HoF or LoB mode for OC and other campaigns

I have been playing the OC again. Some may find it boring, but I like it.
This time around I started with a level 5 character in chapter 1 (no gear and no money) and saw how the encounters scaled. It was a real treat, and just goes to show how awesome a game it is.
Whilst hacking my way through some of the encounters, I stumbled on this old discussion from the Ironwork forums:
http://www.ironworksforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36833
The discussion led my mind wander and think. What if we could have an NWN version of the Heart of Fury (IWD) or Legacy of Bhall (BG:ee trilogy)?
I would enjoy some tougher opponents and way more XP. In BG you dont have to worry about XP, whilst in NWN you can end up level 28 or so if you played OC and HoU. If would enjoy a campaign where the level cap was more than an illusion - and where the foes of course followed suit.
How about it? Yay or meh?
PS. Playing the game on Switch so I cant change the files my self..
Pps. And whilst youre at it Trent, add some stat altering tomes to the loot table... we all luv them

Though I really enjoyed that, for the campaigns, it would not be the same in single player mode. Trying to kill enemies, that are designed to give a well-formed party a challenge, with one henchman is not fun. Even if you do have all the uber gear so that you're unbeatable, it takes too long per encounter to continue being fun.
As HoF for IWD and LoB for the BG saga they where originally meant for well equipped mid/ high level party as well - but the settings are enjoyed for solo players starting from scrap.
My sentiments are and where, that you don’t need to write a new story and invest a whole lot. Beamdog could tweak the campaign fairly easy (perhaps?), and open the game in a whole new way.
I actually like the OC, but after more than 15 years playing it, I could fancy some refinements. And as a console player by now, I am hoping that Beamdog could be persuaded to make them. It’s probably wishful thinking, but you never know.
A decade back, I made my own changes to most of the modules of the OC. All I did was change the difficulties of the encounters and that made the game much more challenging. (I suppose I also added a kill counter and a crafting system and a mining system and XP granting scripts for traps and locks like in Mask of the Betrayer...) Changing the encounter difficulty helped for some levels, but ultimately the monsters would need changes and testing.
What I did was give every enemy 2 to 4 lvls, changed classes, stats & feats like giving a fighter Weapon Focus and Specialisation which most didn't have, some enemies had very low Attributes.
Giving Dragon's spells like Stoneskin, Lesser Missile Storm, Breach, Heal just to punish myself.
Some enemies like mini bosses had crazy high hitpoints so I lowered it than gave them proper equipment and feats, instead of soaking damage to increase the challenge I equipped them and LVL boosted.
I did experiment with a few optional areas like a Vampire Monk in Chapter 1, but in Chapter 3 I chose an out of the way spot and put a LVL 20 Wyvern....with magic, I died like 20 times but that was just me messing around.
I really didn't know what I was doing just boosting enemies but trying to roleplay it like if there's several fixed enemies I'll make 2 warrior types that 1 a healer and the other a Necromancer or Archer.
So consensus is, that its possible… some how. Question is if this is already done by players who are willing to share such a hack, or Beamdog can be persuaded to do this?
@JuliusBorisov : is this something Beamdog may consider? Beamdog did invent LoB aften all, so it is not entirely far fetched (at least as I see it).
Awesome - I think… They opened the code, so one can change difficulty and xp yield more easy? I have zero skill in that direction
(besides dumping stuff in override folder), so unless its pretty straight forward, I would have to rely on help changing the difficulty and xp yield.
That sounds awesome. I have changed the difficulty slider and that helped a bit - at very difficult the mobs seem to be bigger (at least as I see it).
But I cant seem to find the module properties. I am playing on an iPad, so maybe they are moved or absent?

I guess its not possible… unless Beamdog makes it so. How about it @JuliusBorisov: is HoF (and a XP slider for Android and iOS) not the best idea in 2022?
I'm afraid it's as you've said. We'll continue to support existing games, but new features are unlikely.
It is possible to dump files in the override folder on iOS, so it would be possible to mod the game.
I have the Old diamond edition and the EE game for iOS & Switch - and I am for now content with that, so I will not likely be making the said files my self.
But thank you all for the clarification
@JuliusBorisov
Thanks. I kind of knew the answer, but I had hoped and easy (and fun) game fix perhaps could slip through the shut door. The max HP roll at level up did - and I am grateful for that.
