2.6.6.0 texture output is quite glitchy in certain screens resolutions

A common problem with OpenGL scaling and texture coordinate alignment! Speaking as a developer...

Screen is 2560 x 1440 and 125% windows scaling. This is not a bug report as there's no way the developers haven't noticed this before.
