I seriously just spent 30 minutes looking everywhere trying to find out what this is...

    Defender of Easthaven. A +3 Flail on sale at the Copper Coronet which gives you some Physical Resistance. It's nice.

    Also, using acronyms just moves the hassle from the writer to the reader. And a writer who cares about his readers shouldn't do that.
    Yes, I hate acronyms too.
