I've been playing around with the non-EE version of Icewind Dale and thought this might be a good place to discuss character builds. Hopefully there are no major differences between the versions and I can successfully pick people's brains for ideas.

Even if there were major differences the people on these forums played the original games anyway and many of us still have copies buried somewhere.
