(They did this because they wanted to make the Sirines sound beautiful but slightly ... mysterious and, for lack of a better word, scary. Half steps in music are very dissonant.)
"I can make whatever you wish for a wee little bit more than me competition."
Also love all of the spell incantations. They are the reason why I love the magic system in Baldur's Gate and dislike the bland one from Neverwinter Nights.

"FOR TONAH ... FOR DIG YEW MAW!!" "FOR TONAH ... FOR DIG YEW MAW!!" "FOR TONAH ... FOR DIG YEW MAW!!"
Another one: the child in Beregost (I think) who calls you "Loser, loser, looooser!". Made the mistake of playing with my then toddler grandson in the room. Kids repeat the funniest things, especially when it is inappropriate.
"You must gather your party before venturing forth" It stuck most, which is fine. I love that sound, its a brilliant sound, but just reading the text of all the other ones made me basically hear it in my head, except the die rolling sound (which is odd). Also the majority of all other ones everyone mentioned.
Considering how many times I've played BG2 and how limited the CHARNAME audio was, the one line that is stuck in my mind forever is, "It shall be." I can hear it perfectly.
Also, of course, the whole opening. The WHOLE opening. I've got it memorized. Irenicus' lines especially. 'Ah, the child of Bhaal has awakened. It is time for more... experiments." schween GAH! scheeen GAH! etc., etc.
Memorable because it ALWAYS cracked me up whenever I heard it. Khalid sounds like his wife just gave away his collectable Star Wars action figures or something.

The chanters in Candlekeep always stuck with me for some reason... particularly:
"The Lord of Murder Shall perish; But in his doom he shall spawn a score of mortal progeny. Chaos shall be sown by their passage. So sayeth the Wise Alaundo."
Comments
"I've a blade with your name on it!"
And even though it doesn't involve any funny lines, I'll always remember the voice set I always use, the default-male one.
Ye-es?
I stand ready.
*Right click*
It will be done.
Every now and then I like to use my bare fist and beat Aerie to a pulp. What is also amusing is making Minsc kill her. Obnoxious little elf.
:O
It reminds me what a jackass I was...
Sirine's song is a chromatic scale.
Starting note. Half step up. Half step up. Half step down.
There you go. There is the Sirine's song. Enjoy

ugh!
That line used to haunt me in my sleep.

I'm shocked this wasn't an option in the poll. It was the original "I took an arrow to the knee"

So sayeth the Wise Alaundo."
So sayeth the wise A-laund-ooooo.
And of course,
So I kicked him in the head til he was dead! Nye-hah ha hah!
"Aye! What'cha be needin' matie, arr..."
or
"Aye! Har har har!"
and
"Welp, ah.. Looks like its time to go on a killing spree..."
My #1 pick for a voiceset.
