Neera Missing in SOD?

I'm in the fort at boareskyr bridge and have talked to Khalid... but Neera is missing from her cell. Any idea where I can find her or if she turns up later after you complete a quest etc?

    DId you kill her in BG1?

    nope, she made it to the end. i've checked and khalid is still alive, so it's not the bug where the falling rock kills them. The cell is just open and she's not there.

    I can create her using a console command (thank you forums) and she has all her stuff... so it should be good. Probably just a glitch?
