Writing to you from the Western Hemisphere

I am an old school gamer that just bought BG 1 and 2 EE on my mobile phone but I've owned Planescape Torment EE for the same device since it launched. (Ironically, I seem to use it more as a pocket sized computer than a phone...) Through purchase of those games, I found out about the Neverwinter Nights and started to get really excited. I messed around with the original NW Toolset back in 'the day,' and I am super excited that this game is reaching a brand new audience. I am a writer and a storyteller at heart, so I am anxious to get back into the NWN toolset and start crafting stories.

I'm a writer but I currently work with developmentally disabled adults. I want to take that experience and turn it into something that is both touching and entertaining. Neverwinter Nights EE is a bit out of my price range at the moment, but I am keeping an eye on it and hoping that whatever i do with the older edition Neverwinter Nights can transfer over to EE without any issues.

Anyway, I'm currently working my way through BG 1 on my phone and enjoying it immensely. I plan on doing a BG 1/SoD/BGII playthrough.

Happy Day, all! I hope it is going well for you, wherever you are!

Greetings, friend @deejrandom, and welcome to the forums! Yes, I believe that whatever you make in the 1.69 version will be fully functional in the EE. And, of course, Neverwinter Nights has a nice little history of educational/entertainment content, so that's a great area to contribute to! We look forward to seeing your work!

Well my idea may be both educational and entertaining. If I can execute it like I want, it should be a fun romp that may open peoples eyes a bit. At least those that have never worked in the industry...

I just have to get used to working with the game again. It's been a long time since i even messed with the toolset.

However, I am playing through BG 1 EE now on my phone. Outside the super small icons (Which I'm getting used to) it is surprisingly well suited for a mobile device. (I have a galaxy note 8 so the screen isn't small, but the icons aren't made for a non tablet screen, thinks I.)

Welcome! And don’t eat the cookie; it’s white chocolate and rhubarb.

rumor has it that those cookies have a green leafy substance as a secret ingredient which give you the munchies and a hunger for more!

my recommendation is that you don't eat those cookies, but give them to me instead. ;)
