To make installation work properly, we can use the same tricks as for Yvette, either you can do it, or I can help you, I just need the utf-8 version (which you already provided) and the ANSI GB2312 (I think it's the one used for Simplified Chinese).

Hello, this is the revised translation file resubmitted as requested. The console prompt text has been extracted from setup.tra and placed into install.tra. The install file does not participate in transcoding; the setup file is reloaded after transcoding. Except for install.tra, which is encoded in UTF-8, all other files are encoded in ANSI.
For the consideration of translations into other languages, the same operation was performed on the English .tra files.
Installation testing has been completed in BG1EE 2.7.3.0.
