Good luck. I've never tried to play the game on insane difficulty... how do you manage it when your average kobold getting lucky with a critical can take out your character?

My archers never let a kobold get close to me in BGEE TBP. Super powerful class in BG1.
...I just realized I remember next to nothing about what to do and where to go in BG2 and how long it takes until I can get Edwin. I played BG a million times but I only ever finished BG2 a few.

I barely got past Irenicus' dungeon on a friend's install of BG2. It's all new to me!
Anyone elses DL keep getting stuck at 99.6%? Even when I pause and unpause it seems to start back up then completely stop or drop into the single bytes dl speed.

I know that some torture went along with it, but I try to look on the bright side. Now, I hate to tell you, but your dungeon blows and you kidnapped my kid sidekick so I am coming to kill you. I'm surprised Irenicus didn't let you keep the girdle
Finished my download this morning (woke up around 5 AM to restart it, had to finish that last little .5% this morning). Jumped in for a bit. Can't wait to get rolling!

Still waiting for it to download. My connection aint as hot as it used to be, so it's taken a couple of hours. On the final stretch now though, so with any luck, I'll be off and playing soon.
I feel a sinus infection setting in this morning. I may have to take tomorrow off work if I don't feel good tomorrow. I am a little bit more motivated to miss work due to the release of bg2....
