    ITT: Waah I get to pre-load but not everything :'( Oh man I have awful internet, IT'S BEAMDOG'S FAULT!

    I've preloaded and now the game is actually working, was 2.6gb.

    To be clear, preloading was never going to be a feature of the Steam version; it's just not the way Steam operates.

    The Steam release has been the same all along, it was never pushed back. :)
