This slider controls the difficulty level of the game. The settings are as follows: INSANE (far right): All monsters do double damage. HARD (middle right): All monsters do 50 % more damage. CORE RULES (middle): Baldur's Gate 1 rules apply. NORMAL (middle left): All hit point rolls are maximum, characters cannot permanently die, all spells learned automatically, monsters do three quarters damage. NOVICE (far left): Same as Normal mode and the monsters only do half damage.
6567 : When we charmed Bruno, we learned a lot of information [...]. 8916 : [Notefrom Tuth to Rieltar]Rieltar, my superiors are intrigued [...] If you, Bruno, and Thaldorn were to meet with us [...]. 20111 : What? Who are you? [...] My father, Bruno was barely a day dead when Sarevok made his claim. [...]. 20500 : Aye, Bruno and Rieltar... That's the trouble with this place [...]. 20505 : Iron Throne ? Aye, Bruno and Rieltar are their names. [...].
These have been fixed (they all read "Brunos" now).
I'm missing 'Hard' as one of the 5 difficulty levels.
Not sure this is something I can simply fix by adding the word "Hard" to the document. I'll flag @KeithS to provide some insight: Is the difficulty setting currently missing a string? Should I add it or is it something that requires a scripting fix too?
That weapon doesn't have the template despite the fact that I have already thoroughly applied it to the new document. *sighs* Alas, more work for me, I guess...
@AndreaColombo It seems the bonus isn't consistante with describe. 27615 "(...) but the fact that it appears to be fully charged suggests a tale worthy of its own." THAC0: +2 bonus Damage: 1D6 + 3
27617 "Its charge seems to have lessened slightly after having replaced the jewel." THAC0: +2 bonus Damage: 1D6 + 3
@Dave, @AndreaColombo – 6090, 6106 and 6573 mention Jon Icarus while 26906 is an updated journal entry from 6573 in which Icarus is replaced with Irenicus. So, was it our elven outcast friend from BG2 that turned Centeol or not? Which version do we stick to?
@Crystark : We are already aware of this. This happens because we delivered our translation before this line was created. And by the time we corrected this, the game was already out... But this will be included in the next patch, hopefully
In ID 59 : Just follow me, I'll take you to Flaming Fist compound. The Grand Duke is waiting us. I saw somewhere the compound is capitalized but in original text it's small . Which one is true ?
Compound not capitalized, as `Flaming Fist´ is the title, and compound in the middle of a sentence..? English RARELY has anything inside a sentence written big, when it is not a title, or a name. (5 failed ebooks later...)

It is Irenicus iirc, but for the life of me I can't remember why I know that. Yea, not that useful...
Each affected creature functions at double its normal movement and attack rates, and receives a -2 bonus to its initiative.
I think you mean:
a +2 bonus to its initiative
And not "Each" because Area of the Effect of this spell is 1 creature.
