I used to store my loot at the Friendly Arm Inn or in a house in Beregost, sometimes forgetting that I stored it in some random barrel in the wilderness instead.
@Talvrae Someone sent me a link to it ages ago. He used to wear much more S&M style garb with his clown face, and had a club in his hand, and the page actually read, "Ouchy the Clown- Nice to Beat You!" He's much more mainstream now, scary as that is to contemplate.
The only thing I like better about BG2 is the party interactions. Don't get me wrong, love the game, but its too dark for my taste. I love the bright coloring of the areas in BG1 and the way that you can just pick a direction and start walking (Ala the old Ultima games). I get really annoyed in games where I have to wait for an area to appear on my map before I can go there.

Clean, Portrait And the Model
Someone mentioned in another thread about how you don't "mess with a classic" and compared it to restoring art.
Someone should take the BG1 logo and edit the skull to look like the fail restoration of that Jesus portrait that's made a lot of new cycles.
