I screenshotted and cropped some of the class icon portraits in Neverwinter Nights the other day. Figure they're decent placeholders for when you don't have something that quite fits your vision of a character.
A few years ago I made the following portrait for a Priest of Lathander or Undead Hunter (of Lathander). I cut and merged three layers; the face from Male 2, Edwin's hood, and Sarevok's armor. I love the portrait, except for the fact that the shading and highlights are off. I'm also not sure about the background color; since he is an undead hunter, I was thinking of something dark, moody, or "gothic." If anyone would want to fix the shading or play around with it, that would be great. I did a simple blend between the layers, but am not sure if I did a good job. The second two portraits were a simple merging of the layers without any blending or background. Double kudos to anyone wanting to do the BG2 portrait as well.

I also still have the carefully cut out head, hood, and armor if anyone wants to use any of the parts for some other project.
the clothes, or i should say the shirt (?) doesn't look very epic but maybe this is what you actually wanted
I like it, but still the clothes hurt my eyes. Maybe if you mix it with Jaheira clothes from BG 1, but without the staff.
@bob_veng I menage that it could be hard with Jaheira outfit. But it should be preaty easy with the portrait you already made. I try it in paint and it fits. But still needs the Photoshop touch and I don't have that skill
That's quite good lolien, into the portrait folder it goes. Though maybe you could have her ride a motorcycle and wield a chainsaw too, if that's not asking too much?
With only a few days to the release of Siege of Dragonspear, I've invested quite a lot of time in my next round already. I haven't yet decided if I'll play a Mage (or Mage dual), Sorceror or Bard the first run, but the portrait is now done!
It looks pretty good with the others as well.
Here are all assets used in my 50+ layers in Photoshop. I tried to find a nice shirt that would fit well for hours, but then, as you can see below, opted for "digitally sewing" one myself. :-D
I always do some last minor fixes in order for the portraits to blend in better. Here are the ingame files in case anyone is interested.
@bob_veng Very nice! You could also try to unsharpen the lower half of the portrait quite drastically - that way it will go better with the now much softer face and hair. If you look at the original BG2 portraits, you'll see that the sharpness is actually quite off. I systematically add "unsharp" to my finals to make them blend in better.

SoD launches tomorrow, and here's the character I'll take through the whole thing (BG-SoD-SoA-ToB). He's a vanilla bard made with the canon party in mind. His portrait was made possible months ago with the help of the very talented @Syntia13.

Ok, maybe @bob_veng can do it better.
Thanks to everyone for providing such great portraits here!
Perhaps someone could try lending their Baldurizing skills to this portrait of Lara Dutta?
Many thanks in advance.
