Earlier today I managed to complete my first ever *serious* portrait edit and it seems like, I needed to share it with you. So here it is:
It took me around ~2h to make it, and the reason why I started to work on this at all, was my wild elf - shapeshifter, Zafir'ra, which was in need for a proper, werebear portrait
Base portrait
So.. What do you think? Maybe it's not a worthy material but I'm sufficiently pleased with it! ^^
PS - Knowing how deeply complicated coding/scripting can be in those games, I'm not gonna even bother asking, how to make my new portrait automatically change after shapeshifting
Good job @Rodrian . As for the portrait changing, i saw something like that happen in one of @elminster 's mod. Maybe he will share with you this insignificant part of his enormous knowledge.
I've created alternative Neera portraits for one of my runs and decided to share them - they're based on the concept art that had appeared when BGEE had not been released yet. I like that concept art a lot!
@agb1 An excellent idea! Note, though, that @artastrophe can be adressed on this forum directly, people can share their thoughts here, so that @artastrophe knew - just tell the artist to visit this forum as well (I see the "last visit... in 2014").
Still working on the details, but here's what I came up with so far @Artemius_I. Couldn't resist hopping back into the forum when I saw the description of your character... Once I make some further tweaks, I'll post the properly sized bitmaps as well.
Thank you so much for putting in time for another request of mine. I love it so far. She could *maybe* look a little younger, but I can't complain about what I'm seeing.

Great picture!
If it isn't any trouble, would it be possible for you to post a version without the horns?
It looks gorgeous. It's like the portrait has always been there, it is completely in style with BG2 portraits.
The only thing I feel doesn't QUITE match with the originals is the eyes. They're a little too vibrant and don't fall in with the others fully. But they're not bad, just different. Apart from that, Ben is totally right.
I have a big please here. Is it possible to Baldurize this picture of Jennifer Lawrence from Hunger Games? She will make a perfect female archer portrait.

Enjoy! (if you want..)
Additional details:
- Half-plate armor (not too heavy-looking)
- White hood - down
- Thin scar on her left cheek
This is for my npc mod. If you're unfamiliar with the character the thread is here: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/42721/npc-mod-sirene-npc-for-bg-ee-v1-0/p1
Edit: Final version below...

@Artemius_I: I didn't make any major changes, but there were a few spots that bothered me, so here is a final tweaked version along with the bitmaps.
@SharGuidesMyHand: I'll edit out the horns when I get a chance and post another version in case you or others would like to use it as the PC.

So cute...
