Omg I could totally do that with my bug... Watch it, Osig is the new All-Seeing High Watcher Helm! He is like a bhaalspawn but he's the opposite. He's a good guy ._.

Are you playing in multiplayer mode (likely to be https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/41290/15982-loading-multiplayer-saves-with-clients-should-not-introduce-extra-in-transit-cre if so)

& if you are able to zip and attach a save I'll try and de-duplicate. The longer you leave it the more will appear and you may get to the point where the game cannot continue as a result.
