I would be ok with it, but I'm at work and my old comp at home doesn't even have teh internetz on it (I'm too lazy to drag a cable to it, and since I'm in the slow process of buying a new one..), so can't download the beta.
I see no other possibility than that someone rents a jet helicopter, come pick me up at work, rush me to somewhere there is a computer with the beta installed, hire a proffessional photographer which can make this ugly schmuck look decent, take a pic while I play the game, rush me back home again in time for supper, email me the pic and then I can login in here and upload it, mm'kay.

Okay, Baldur's Gate fans. You know what you have to do.
I feel like you should aim a bit higher to be honest... Why don't you get a professional hairdresser and make-up artist to do your hair and touch-ups while in the jet helicopter? That would make the picture look even better!
I find it interesting the gender ratios of the Know Thy Selfie pictures compared to the Heroes of a Thousand Faces. From a quick skim through they seem to be skewing in completely opposite directions (I'm not so keen to actually count up over 500 characters).
Isn't it normally considered a thing that since gamers are mostly male, main characters tend to be male so that they can put themselves in the protagonists position? Seems to be going the opposite way here.
Just opened the BG:EE launcher for Mac (Beamdog version) to get ready for the update when it becomes available and it began downloading automatically. The download was about 500 MB larger than 1.3 was. When I launched the game it is now 2.0 and I was not in the Beta. Looks really nice. Though this did not happen for the PC version.
Great job Beamdog and community!!
Does this mean the 'Road to v2.0' is over or close to it?
Even when we had scarcely one day and 15 selfies were missing, it was still possible to achieve, as the current situation shows. You, ladies and gentlemen, have made my day!

If we can do 15 in a day, surely we can do another 50 in 10 minutes or so. That's how things work, right?
Dee said taking selfies of other people totally counts. It could be a technicality if they're on the same picture (since it's still a single selfie), but if we can CaloNord's submission triple, we only need 44 more!
The office folks haven't come in yet, so I'm not sure why you'd be seeing the update in the Beamdog installers. But just in case someone's hit a button that they didn't tell me about, let's wrap things up.
Below is the final Roadmap.
We managed to unlock TWELVE MILESTONES. That's amazing, and way more than we anticipated from the community. Thank you to everyone who participated!
And now, some wrap-up goodies.
Dee's Hero of a Thousand Faces
You may have seen Orea in our latest issue of The Familiar. You can download her as a pregen character directly from the app (or from the browser edition).
Dee's Fruit
I do most of my work on an 11" MacBook Air. The Roadmap graphic was created using Serif's Affinity Designer, seen in the background here.
Dee's Selfie
What? How'd that get there? That's not a picture of me...
Wrapping It Up
The milestones that have been cleared will need to be scheduled; we'll be spending the next several days figuring out a plan for how to deliver on all the goodness the community has earned. I want to once more thank everyone who joined in on the event, whether you tested the beta or not. It's the enthusiasm of this community that makes my job such a delight, and makes Beamdog's games worth the effort.
Enjoy the last little bit of time before the update officially goes live. And then get ready for Siege of Dragonspear! That comes out in only a few short hours! Are you ready for the siege?
And thank you @Dee and the other Beamdog members for such an enjoyable beta-ride. The constant feedback on all our questions and comment was/is much appreciated!
I want to join @Doubledimas and say that if it were not for you, @Dee, this Road wouldn't be so fun! It was a very professional and in the same time very friendly attitude from your part. You inspired us for those milestones!
This beta event was the most amazing thing that happened on these boards while I've been here.
I wish I could have done more for this Beta test, like I was able to do with v1.3, but, what little I was able to play so far looks great, can't wait to take a trip once more through the Realms!
On a side note, a question for those that completed the Legacy of Bhaal difficulty, perhaps they got an awesome sword that anyone can use with grandmastery as a reward for all subsequent playthroughs? That would be an awesome incentive, I think, for completing the hardest difficulty, lol. Just a suggestion.

@Dee: Don't tell me that's a hint from your side to tell us that we've miscounted and are at 49 right now...

On my way into work
...
To battle and victory! Stream starts at 3:00 am here in Australia but I will stay up for it regardless. #NoSleepTillDragonSpear a thing yet?

Family photo time! :P
Might do some more later! Couldn't not join the beautiful forumites could we?!?
