Hmm... I agree that 2nd edition clerics are pretty dang powerful. But I don't know about putting fighters second and wizards 6th. High level wizards are pretty deadly.
If they survive long enough to get there they are pretty strong, unless your playing in a high magic setting like Forgotten Realm's, where the vast majority of useful things a wizard can do can be emulated or made moot by magic items that anyone can use.
@Sharn, serious i don't know from where you take that table, but that's pretty nosense, remember that the BG II engine will be the same as BG what means that the fighter and mage rules, skills and kit abilities will be the same, mages in BG II are like:
