Daystar hitting at correct level?

Wasn't daystar changed to count as +4 for hitting enemies? I can't seem to hit a greater mummy with it while minsc was fine with lilarcor.

Cheers, It makes my 5 points in longswords rather a lot less useful.

No worries! I made a hotfix for myself, which I now share with you!

Edit: Made a mistake when uploading the file previously. I have uploaded a new file which actually fixes the issue! Scroll a few comments down to get it!

Awesome, thanks! I'd install and try it immediately but alas I have to get out of bed and go to uni.

@wubble @Maick90 @jackjack and whoever else saw this: I made a simple mistake when I posted my hotfix here and it turns out that I cleverly made a file that was completely unchanged from the base game file. I am now uploading a new file that actually has the fix I made. Sorry about that!

I hadn't actually gone into combat with anything that required it so I hadn't noticed, working myself up to kangaxx before i'm off to spellhold.

Can somebody confirm if this bug was fixed in 2.3 or not?

The Release Notes for v2.3 say:
"The Daystar weapon is now treated as a +4 weapon when wielded against evil creatures."
