@Astafas Bloody hell, that's pretty awesome transition from photo to picture. I especially like the hair, since I always struggle with those. Is that photo manipulation, or painting over the photo? Either way, the effect is great.
Speaking of photomanips, I completely forgot I was supposed to post those - elf and halfelf, or, if you prefer, BG2-style elf and human-faced elf
that's the last of tweaks to this pic. I rather think I'll tackle Kivan next.
@Syntia13 I must say this BG2-style elf of yours is looking rather neat and so very... elfish Now I will need to find a reason to include a wizardly elfin wench in my playthrough.
@Syntia13 Thanks! :-) For the hair, try out Photoshops new filter called "oil painting" (or similar name, I use the Swedish language version). It can also be used over the skin, but surface blur is often better there.
Here is my newest: a half-drow based on the same photograph (although that gets harder and harder to see). A few important details:
- change of head shape, so it gets more triangular - pointy ears (though not seen because of the shadows in the hood) - eyes 20 per cent larger, and with a 10 degrees angle - heavy color changes of skin and hair - adjusted color temperature, so all elements go together (I went for a yellow tint this time) - painted shadows - cloning, painting, brightness and contrast
Well, I've grown quite fond of Julia. In fact, so fond that, having finished ToB, I'm taking her through Icewind Dale, along with one of my oldest Infinity Engine characters, Arra (a high elven mage). I was quite surprised to discover that Julia's portrait not only goes well with BG1 NPC portraits and BG2 NPC portraits but also with IWD portraits. That wench just looks good no matter where she goes
This is also my first playthrough using "Icewind Dale in Baldur's Gate II" from G3. And it sure will be interesting, since Julia still has some useful trinkets she picked up during her adventures... but nevermind, that's not the reason that brought me here today.
This is the reason:
A female archer, the secretive and shy type. Or perhaps she just wants us to think so? That eerie green glow might be saying that she is one with nature... or that she's an 'alchemist' interested in those more lethal potions. Source picture:
Here are a couple of alt pics of Safana. The first I just happened to stumble across recently while browsing the web. The second (also attached at the bottom of this post) is one that I downloaded about a decade ago and only recently rediscovered on my hard drive.
Someone created this to be an alt Shar-Teel pic, however I think it would actually make a better Branwen (except for the fact that she's standing next to a sword, which clerics can't use).

I tweaked one of the Isabella portraits a bit to look more in style with the original portraits. There are also 2 more portraits for barbarians and rangers.

that beard is epic
And, for some reason, she is now a vampire.
It goes without saying that she now uses Bodhi's paperdoll instead of sirine's, which she used throughout BG1.

As you can see, I didn't do much
lol classic female fantasy armour.
Realistically it should provide no protective bonuses... but +3 Charisma.

I loved that scene in GoT. Epic.
Anyways I found these in my search for profile pics.
Also, I think Dany looks like a Cleric. She is more or less a messiah figure anyway.
I'm hoping someone might be able to do something with this one.
Neera?
I stumbled onto this one and thought it may make a good Dragon Disciple

I'm not sure, but over 20 years before we first met her...
