Ah I just noticed that you get more votes if you propose a feature later. But if you propose it sooner, you get to vote on it with more of your own votes. Just thought I'd mention this insight.
I looooveee how I could sweet talk Earl in BG I, get massive amount of XP then kill him in cold bloot with out rep loss, then loot him and kill his friend to boot.
Turn #2 L) Reputation improvement There was lot of good ideas about changing reputation so I'm taking from ready made sources: For example difference between making something bad for one that makes good to the public shouldn't make your good party members. I'm thinking the way how it was made in virtue mod (basic idea from virtue mod, from this feature request). There was also very nice idea about "killing without witnesses" in this thread, so no reputation loss if nobody sea you. Other reputation modifications and good too: higher reputation cap, even more ways to gain & loose reputation, diffrent ways of gaining & loosing, or something much simplier like reputation titles. That is what I propose, all of them would be great, some of them would be still nice.
A) Increase of Ammo stack size D) Adding more party banter F) A non-fixed alignment system for BG/IWD (where alignment changes due to your actions) K) Making stats more meaningful: Charisma, intelligence and wisdom L) Add "weapon sets" to inventory (like in IWD2), so you can swap your weapons
Can't believe no-one has chosen L yet, that's one of my biggest annoyances in BG.
Isn't this system a bit flawed with regards to new features? Obviously features introduced later on will accrue less votes.

Uhm... help me out here please
Do you want to add a new feature? I don't understand I fear.
Could you elaborate, please^^
Usually one can only choose between rudementary choises, in fighting, pickpocket or just go away.
Here with Earl, it's completely different, where you can actually have a dialogue with multiple outcomes, and usually it's not possible to control the mood of an NPC and gain XP for it contray in KotOR (sorry for bringup up a non DnD game), but I loved in KotOR how one could make exclusive intellectual XP encounters, like I would like for DnD games in general, instead of this primitive hack and slash, nuke and loot, it gets trivial and boring for me.
..soooo, I found this Earl encounter extremely intellectually stimulating.
Therefore it would be cool if a theif could come fast talk people to diffent things or confuse, a bard to charm a bunch of people to do weird things or a druid to hug trees, talk about it and come to and understanding.

My point still stands. One person should equal one vote
