    @dustbubsy got it, it was Belle from the Five Flagoons Inn!
    1. She hasn't much to say to you and outright tells you not to try anything if you don't want to taste her blade
    2. Valygar calls her Captain (well, Captain Belle but obviously i couldn't say that =D)
    3. She will get a wee bit more talkative if you have the right party members with you, only one i've noticed are Mazzy, to which she says she respects what she heard about the halfling's strength, much to the disappointment of the lass who'd rather be known for her bravery and kindness, and Valygar, with which she's sailed to the Moonshaes before and who she remember for what he truly was : a sexy, sexy hunk.

    No problem. The rules where cemented 64 pages ago, so you cant be blamed for not following them 100% .. at least imo.

    But you all know who it is already! You don't need three clues for this one. I've provided two clues with two words, there is only one NPC that can be connected to both.

    I certainly didn't think I'd be castigated for being creative with the format. But fine, if it means that much...
