@OrlonKronsteen, naah not too annoyed. He was used to me and my behavior and the funny thing is that the decisions I took while drunk was very well aligned to the character I played. We missed some story content though when I ("he") went berzerk and killed every Illithid he saw instead of talking to them.
And about your Civ2 game, I've done that as well, but playing Total War games.
What you are talking about? Bad guys! I was only joking when talking of playing BG series while under the effect of alcohol or other psychotropic drugs. Working in RL under their effect is fine, I often do it, but gaming should be absolutely avoided.

just joking again, I am not a neurosurgeon, but sometimes I work with very dangerous machines in situations where a short momentary lack of concentration can have very heavy consequences, that only sometimes a surgeon can somehow fix.
