I succeeded to kill Drizzt quite easily.
He and Rasaad play the Benny Hill show theme while a massive buffed Kivan use the bow.

    Rasaad: Potion of magic blocking.
Kivan: Composite Longbow +1; Arrow +2; Potion of Heroism; Oil of speed; Bless; Chant; Luck; The Dale's Protector.

Ehi, Drizzt's Mythral Chain Main allows thieving skills!
    No one told me!

Just FYI as far as I remember Chant and Luck don't stack as they use same LUCK opcode.

    Yes, https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/61569/luck-what-it-is-and-how-it-works/p1

Keep it up, @rede9 ! Whom did you give the Mythral Chain Main to?

What? But Luck increase thieving skills and Chant does not.

To Kivan because I give Shadow Armor to Kivan. I usually disable stealth of rangers with a better AC, but I can use it to charme animals before they turn into hostile.

Yes but that is additonal bonus not related to luck bonus. Quoting from other thread.

Luck spell: +1 luck, +1 to saves, +5% thief skills.
Chant: +1 luck, +1 to saves, +1 to healing rolls (Staff of Curing, Mass Cure spell, etc.)

Both provide luck bonus and this does not stack. So if you have chant which lasts much longer than luck you might just want to skip using luck spell for something more worthwhile.

Which chant does healing roll consider? On the launcher or on the target?

Does Luck work to win money at Nashkel Carnival?

Just like damage does roll some spells do roll on healing amount. Mass cure for instance heals 1d8 +1 per level. So chant will increase minimum roll by 1 so instead of distribution rolls of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 on heal you will get 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,8 so from 4.5 average health to 5.38.

No idea about carnival rolls though.

I ask again: does the roll depend on the launcher or the target with chant/luck?

Oh apologies I have misread your question. I would assume it's the launcher just like +1 attack rolls. But then again -LUCK on the target does increase magic damage output by the launcher.

I guess testing would be required.

I used Rasaad with Icingdeath and Batalista's Passport plus Protection from fire to face Daer'Ragh's phoenix guards at Nashkel. Flame eater.

Strangely two phoenix guards left the struggle and roam the town; guards attack them and their explosion caused a massacre.

I went to Nashkel Mines where I rest and a pair of Winter Wolves appeared.
So I tried one thing: I continued to rest.

10000 Gold gained from the merchant at Nashkel and two levels up.
This is laming. There should be a maximum to Winter Wolf Pelt and Ankheg Shell sellable.

Ajantis get encumbered continuously with the normal Full plate armor which weights 70, but the enchanted one weights only 35. Is it normal?

    Ehi. Cold resistance doesn't stack!
    I equipped:
Mage Robes of Cold Resistance (20%)
    Gift of Peace (20%)
    The Frost's Embrace (50%)
    Belt of Antipode (100%)

Result is: 127%. How is it possible? Must I open a ticket? @JuliusBorisov

I have never realized before how Sanctuary spell is useful. Look this combo:
    - Potion of Insulation
    - Sanctuary
    - Chant
    - Wand of Lightning
    - MASSACRE: a dozen of deaths

When your resistance is above 100% you can heal with cold :)

I am doing that in Icewind Dale EE at the moment with fire. I have a dwarven defender with above 100% fire resistance. I let him charge into a group of enemies alone and then cast fireballs at him xD
I knew it but I didn't know resistance cannot be over 127%. Did you know that?

In your opinion, has 127% been chosen because 1+2+7=10? @Shandaxx

It could be an “unsigned int”, not just an “int”. I am 99.9% certain the source code is C++, for reasons too boring to go into, and using “unsigned” in these cases is common practice.

The romance with Neera seems stuck. Just a dialog after the end of Adoy quest. I believed it was available for all races.

Can a character have -100% fire resistance for example? Which would then double the damage taken from fire?

Is it not precisely the effect of Belt of Antipode (+100% cold; -100% fire).

Oh, with the new NPC I must speak by myself.
Ehi, wait. If I wear Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity and speak to Rasaad... it works.
Does it mean I can do two romances without conflict now?

What? Aec'Letec has transformed CHARNAME into a Ghast and it has been removed from the group!
    Can I play without CHARNAME?

The Wis bonus from Tome of Understanding is retroactive providing additional divine spells, right?

Ehi, if I remove a tired character and recruit him again then he is refreshed.
