@Durlachion Just to clarify, the purpose of my mod wasn't actually to fix these crashes, but to restore the classic BG1 movies to BGEE, which it did. The Baldur.ini and MOVIDESC.2DA are modified so that all of the movies can be viewed in the "Movies" dialog of the GUI. Since not all of the movies from BG1 are actually used in BGEE, this is the only way to watch them. I don't think that constitutes "needless adjustments," especially considering the purpose of my mod. I have already started working on converting and updating the installer for the movies from BG2 which are used in BGEE, and should have an update within the next day or so. (And no offense taken, I just though I should elaborate.)

@Sam, Ah, I see... then, I will take back my reckless remark about "needless adjustments" and give it another try using the updated version :-) Thanks for including the BG2 movies!
@Durlachion, It looked like you changed the resolution of the movies in your DLs. What resolution did you use, and is there any particular reason you chose what you did? The next version of my mod will add the intro movie back into Beregost.
The cleansing the camp movie played, as well as a Bhaalspawn dream / new abilities movie. If I remember correctly, it came on the next rest in the camp.
I just looked at the download statistics and it seems I have to clarify/point out something: The BGwbm2.rar does NOT include the 4 movies from BGwbm1.rar! Of course, everyone downloaded 1.9 GB game data earlier (and some official patches meanwhile) and considering that 50 MB more or less seems irrelevant. Ah, well... when I uploaded those videos, it felt like a good idea to split them in three parts building on each other... Oh, look - isn't that a miniature giant space hamster right behind you?! *runs away*
@Sam_ Thanks for telling me this! You were absolutely right. Even I was not able to download it... strange. I reuploaded it again and this time the download works - at least for me.
@ all: You are allowed to slap me with a large trout in such situations. Otherwise I won't notice anything ;-)
Im pretty sure, there is no second movie in the bandit camp... Most likely it was a sunrise / sunset movie that was triggered at this moment. Did you already read this discussion and/or moved the files niteday.wbm and daynite.wbm to your movies directory?

Yeah I thought that's what it was. I read about it and hopefully it's fixed now. Thanks for the reply anyway
I went to the bandit camp through dialogue and left without wiping out the place because I wanted to do some other quests. When I came back, upon entering the bandit camp, it pauses the game and says "paused for movie." No movie plays and no one can unpause the game.
Please help me fix this, as it is a game breaking error.
I came here looking for a fix. But what causes this is Day/Night cycle. In normal Baldur's Gate when a day/night cycle happened it would play a movie. For some reason it is trying to play that movie but its not there perhaps. Hour 6 is the Day movie cycle and hour 22 is the Night cycle.
What we have been doing in our game is be alert on the time in the bottom left, if its close we try to find a inn or rest when we can.But this gets old pretty quick wish it was just patched.
What worked for my group when this happened, was for the other two players to drop (I'm hosting the game). As soon as they left, I got control of the game back and could get past the pause. They they could rejoin the game in progress and all was well. Hope that helps you!

Was it a multi or single player game?

I'm a bit shocked that this hasn't been fixed.

Just an information, no offense
Edit:
Ah, nvm.
