IWD chapter intro slides - original artwork?

IWD has beautiful chapter intro slides.
I'd like to showcase them on the wiki (on the pages for the respective chapters/areas), but unfortunately, the paintings are stored in the game files with the UI (curvy border frame, and box for the scrolling text) already baked in:
The one for the Prologue (Easthaven) is featured on the IWD:EE press page:
The one for Chapter 1 (Kuldahar) is featured in a Beamdog blog post:
But where are the rest?
@JuliusBorisov, does Beamdog have them all and would be willing to post them?
Or has anyone seen them published elsewhere?

It'd be real nice if we could get these paintings.
"Restore" means photoshopped together from (a) the UI screen backgrounds stored in the IWD:EE game files, and (b) whatever low-resolution or partial copies of the source art I could find.
The resulting images suffer from graininess/blurriness, loss of details, and slightly wrong colors in some parts, so they're not 100% authentic representations of the lost source art, but should be pretty close.

Chapter 2 (Dragon's Eye):
Restored from the UI screen background and the aforementioned promo art.
Chapter 3 (Severed Hand):
Restored from the UI screen background, and a low-resolution version of the source art (found at IGN).
Chapter 4 (Upper Dorn's Deep):
Restored from the UI screen background and this GOG.com wallpaper.
Chapter 5 (Wyrm's Tooth):
Restored from the UI screen background.
Chapter "6b" (Frozen Easthaven):
Restored from the UI screen background.
Trivia: The last one isn't actually used in the game.
While the UI background for a Frozen Easthaven chapter intro slide exists in the game files, it is never used. Instead, a video cinematic is shown when the party is teleported from Lower Dorn's Deep to Frozen Easthaven.
