On my last runs I remember the firedrake beeing stuck in the corner and not able to move anywhere, so that your archers could easily kill him. Can anyone who’s playing the mod confirm if that‘s still the case?

Hello, since I find this mod very interesting, I took the time to translate it into German myself. Is there a way to send you the German folder without a GitHub account? Best regards :)

Sorry for late response, I don't really follow the scene these days. If you throw it in a PM, I'll merge it.

    Thanks, added as v4.5. https://github.com/GraionDilach/ExtraExpandedEnhancedEncounters/releases/tag/4.5

I even went ahead and fixed the encoding issues (this mod uses UTF-8, you submitted them in ANSI).

Hello @GraionDilach , thank you for the information. I'm proud that you're using it, as I've only been playing BGEE with mods since the beginning of the year. When I sent the files today, I was unsure about the file format because a lot of work is done in ANSI, but it's still great that you can use it. I will therefore also save the files back in UTF-8. Kind regards and many thanks for the great mod! :)

TBH, the text encoding differs between mods, due to various reasons. Vanilla BG2 used ANSI encoding, the EEs use UTF-8. For a while, mods preferred to use ANSI for their TRAs and converted to UTF-8 for the EEs on the fly, because classic was the prioritized platform, but these days the EE proliferation alongside HANDLE_CHARSETS/AUTO_TRA changed the trend and a good amount of mods were converted over during their maintainance.

This is an EE-only mod, so it is strictly UTF-8. In general, you can probably just check other language files within the mod for the encoding (or even English, because UTF-8 allows using the Faerûn spelling, but that also only works in UTF-8).

Hello @GraionDilach...Thanks for the detailed description; the BG1NPC Project mod required the ANSI format, but it’s great that it worked—thank you... Best regards :)

Hello, I noticed that you contributed to the *Dark Horizons* mod for BGEE. I posted in the relevant forum thread but haven't received a reply, so I wanted to ask you where I might get an answer—or perhaps you could answer the question yourself. It concerns quest or journal entries in the EE version (3.06): are there any, or are there none at all? Best regards, and apologies for the inconvenience.
