Wasn't Sword Coast Legends already the spiritual successor of Dark Alliance anyway?

I liked the first one, but it's not my style of game. I felt like they were trying to cash in on the Diablo craze and name-dropping Baldur's Gate to get attention.

Moved to the Off-Topic section of the forum.

The General Discussion is only for discussing the EEs.

Also, please, try not to use the F-word in your comments, @DragonKing .

If it's a troll, then Disney is stooping to new lows to promote their movies.

There was some fun to be had in the Dark Alliance games, though I would not in any way compare them to Role playing games like Baldur's gate (despite the name). Since the games were significantly limited by the platforms of the day, I would hope that any such endeavor as BG:DA3 would be significantly more robust and therefore possibly worth looking into. Personal opinion.

Both Dark Alliance games were fun to play with my wife... I would certainly buy a third one of it was ever done.. or a new Marvel Ultimate Alliance... or any other game like that, actually :)
