    @Neverused got it!

    1. Shoal tells you to leave her alone and calls you a "silly dirt-fish."
    2. She'll kill a party member who talks to her, but if you bring her close to death, she'll resurrect the one she killed.
    3. She kills a lot of new players, but veterans go out of their way to fight her for the XP.

    1) I've caused quite a bit of trouble, though I'm not at all evil
    2) I'll help you fix another mess you've made, in fact
    3) I care much for the health of my friends.

    Um. Who? I can't find a character of that name on the wiki or on Google. Regardless, no.

    Gorpel Hind
  • NeverusedNeverused Member Posts: 803
    Yep, Gorpel Hind of the merry fools(4).
    He's the one that captures he basilisk running amok in the warehouses(1), he helps you vs the undermountain gang in the Helm and Cloak, and after the fight he leaves so that his friends might be healed.

    1. I'm almost a goblin's end.
    2. I can give you information.
    3. Way back, i came usually after the carpet.

    4. I adress you first, but you can speak with me later too.

    As the goblin presence in BG games is next to non-existant, I think it must be someone from SoD (which I have yet to play).
  • lolienlolien Member, Moderator, Translator (NDA) Posts: 3,108
    Neither i have played SoD.

  • lolienlolien Member, Moderator, Translator (NDA) Posts: 3,108
    No, sorry @TheElf . Ok, i'll give you one more.

    5. I live my peaceful life in a peaceful village.

    We've been stumped. I think we need 1 more.

    It isn’t the wizard in Kuldahar from IWD, is it?

    Sorry, i forgot to add another clue for this.

    6.
    Greetings, i'm the friendly host
    Give you guidance if yo're lost
    The place where i spent time most
    Rhyming to the previous lines.

    Edit: clue 5 can be misguiding, hardly any place can be peaceful from a Bhaalspawn perspective...

    You are right @Redrake and got all the clues right too.
  • RedrakeRedrake Member Posts: 426
    All right my turn then:

    1. I am a bit of history nerd.
    2. What I seek to learn is a site of purity.
    3. You may be able to help me after you go north of a bridge.

    only one i can think of is Carsa north of the Firewine Bridge but she doesn't really fit the first two requirements.

    i mean the other big bridges i can think of is the bridge to Baldur's Gate and the Bridge District in Athkatla, but I'm having trouble thinking of someone to fit it north of those places too

    @LadyEibhilinRhett
    No. And the clues can be misleading in interpretation. See the previous goblin reference.

    @lolien is correct.

    For all of the above clues. Exept for the third. The book can be found north of Firewine bridge in Gullykin village.

    Nice! I use to buy one copy together with the History of the Faithful Coin at the Friendly Arms, but fortunately that didn't prove to be a problem.

    Next:

    1. I need only one thing to be lucky.
    2. You may think that i'm haughty.
    3. You may have been waylaid by my kind during your previous adventures.

    Alora? But that might be too easy. Lucky makes me think of her easter bunny leg.
  • lolienlolien Member, Moderator, Translator (NDA) Posts: 3,108
    Not Alora.

    The carpet reference I assume regards the original BG1 Beregost movie where an old lady dusts the carpet on the window and the guy beneath sneezes from dust.

    Is she old?
