The Unforgiven 2 is indeed a beautiful song, and my favourite of the 3.

    EDIT: 500th comment, woohoo!

This was my introduction to thrash/metalcore, and it highlights what might be my favorite flavor in terms of themes in metal. Determination and not backing down.

The Rossini cover made me remember this cover of Beethoven's 5th that I hadn't heard in like a decade. Until today I thought it was Yngwie Malmsteen playing this. But it seems this must have been one of all those mislabeled tracks that floated around the internet in the early 2000s.

I love this guy. He's got a great metal cover of gangnam style:

Sorry, not metal, but I can never see Barber of Seville references without thinking Rabbit Season...

As for my contribution to the thread, I hope a Rammstein cover would be on topic?

Damn I didn't know Floor could do this

For the sake of comparison I still think Tarja sounds more comfortable in this voice but Floor was better than I thought

Ghost - Cirice (Official Music Video)

I'd never heard of Ghost until last week when Erock posted this and it prompted me to look into them. They are great.

    This is a cool song

    Forging towards the sunset
    Denying bitter reality
    And in that desperate moment
Weigh the thoughts of true clarity

Let me just introduce you guys to...

Acidic Vaginal Liquid Explosion Generated By Mass Amounts Of Filthy Fecal Fisting And Sadistic Septic Syphilic Sodomy Inside The Infected Maggot Infested Womb Of A Molested Nun Dying Under The Roof Of A Burning Church While A Priest Watches And Ejaculates In Immense Perverse Pleasure Over His First Fresh Fetus (XAVLEGBMAOFFFASSSSITIMIWOAMNDUTROABCWAPWAEIIPPOHFFFX)- Gore 2.0

I have no words to explain how I feel about that band name lol. It's actually a decent Deathcore/Metal album.

I think they're trying a wee bit too hard with the name

Count Raven's "High on Infinity" got me through 1994 in a tiny village of 500 people in the middle of nowhere, Scotland.

My mother's boyfriends brother had a German friend who was into Doom Metal and somehow I inherited a beat up copy of a cassette tape with half the label worn off. It was only a few years ago that I discovered who the band even was!

    Here's a fun one:

Per the description: "James Hetfield and Dave Mustaine are reunited in this funky song about war and death."

Did you know about this? ACDC and Ozzy did a thing:

I only own 3 metal albums. "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Master of Puppets" by Metallica, And "Bark at the Moon" by Ozzy Osborne.

I own a collection but recently no albums have been added, as one can simply listen to an album on Spotify.
